1. Core Curriculum/Diplomas

Liberal Arts, Economics, International Affairs, Social Sciences, German Studies, English Language

2. MOOC Certificates

Law, Business, Teaching, CS, Math, Economics, Humanities, Sustainability

After my  A-levels in the math & science curriculum in high school, I attended intensive undergrad classes in liberal arts at the highest-ranking prep school Lycée Louis-le-Grand (« Khâgne ») in Paris up to a bachelor level.

Then I graduated from French elite administration school  Sciences Po Paris at master level in 1996, where I majored in economics + international affairs (Diplôme de l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, Section Service Public, Dominante Economie, Spécialisations Relations Internationales & cycle franco-allemand).

I also earned a Master in German Studies from La Sorbonne (1995) and attended 1996-97 a postgraduate joint program in social sciences offered by EHESS and ENS (Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales & Ecole Normale Supérieure  « DEA en sciences sociales ») – as well as some other grad classes at those two institutions in the following period (gender studies, Arab world).

For teaching purposes I passed the official Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge University (master level; CEFR: C2), which is the highest existing English language assessment for non-native speakers – I reached almost perfect grades in the Writing and in the Grammar & Vocabulary subsections (Grammar & Vocabulary « Use of English »: 229/230, « Writing »: 223/230). I am a French native speaker.

As a lifelong learner, I enjoy Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs): They allow me to stay current in some fields of professional interest while helping me nurture my curiosity and enrich my vocabulary. It benefits my teaching and my activity as a translator. I attended most of these MOOCs in English, but also some of them in French, and a very few in German as well.

Below are the MOOCs I attended up to a verified certificate or an accomplishment statement. They not only show my personal interest, they are also an indication of the fields in which I invested some time learning the vocabulary and how to navigate the basics. I perused or partially attended many more, especially in the first years when I was teaching.

FR : Convaincue par la nécessité de l’apprentissage continu, je suis les cours en ligne (‘MOOC’) depuis plusieurs années, poussant cette exploration jusqu’au certificat ou l’attestation de suivi dans les cours dont la liste est dressée ci-dessous. Ces apprentissages nourrissent directement en retour mes travaux professionnels.
