Having a conversation is normal: mutual questions are here to help you get a quote then the product you expect and help us do our work.
Don’t forget to plan ahead: not only in order to find the translator that fits your needs and your budget but also for the translation. You wouldn’t ask a copywriter to deliver an important text for the next day. It might work for an approximative draft, but not for something to be printed or published on your website before your big annual event. AI tools might help us work somewhat faster, but the researching, rewriting and refining involve patience and care.
